For guests that arrive later than normal check-in time (after 18:00), the property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. Late Check In starts from 18:00.
Early check-in is possible subject to availability, for an additional fee.
A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and credit card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit cards. Credit cards or cash may be used to pay for charges at checkout.
Smoking is not allowed in the property. A GBP 150 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room.
Some rooms may have different décor and linen colours from the photos, otherwise all the furniture are of the same top standard.
The property has a strict no party and excessive noise policy. Any guests found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund.
All visitors must leave by 23:00 each night. Only the registered overnight guests are permitted to be in the apartments after 23:00. The deposit will not be refunded to any guests who do not adhere to these rules.
Please note that this hotel only accepts bookings from guests aged 21 years and over. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: The Property Company, 148 Cranbrook Road, IG1 4LZ Ilford, Essex. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Ilford Luxury Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommo

台北市長柯文哲今(6)日出席「銀髮族搭乘觀光巴士」記者會，柯文哲表示，台北市下個月要發老人卡(敬老卡)，每月金額480元，目前比較確定的是，可以用來搭乘公車、捷運、UBike、貓纜，以及去動物園和兒童樂園，但觀光巴士這塊還要再看看。
柯文哲說，社會局下個月要開始發老人卡，每個月480元，但觀光巴士這塊預計明年開始試驗，要補多少要再算一算。柯也坦言，政策很難一下子馬上決定，補貼多少很難去估計，所以就試試看，找一些老人來看看觀光巴士，說不定坐一坐覺得不喜歡也沒有用。
至於世大運落幕超過1個月，但有工作人員在臉書爆料，目前仍有工作人員尚未領到8、9月加班費。柯文哲一開始表情驚訝，隨後則說，應該是九月底結帳，寄了一個星期也該收到了，沒有收到就來市府講。
